All pre-made Items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase unless other turnaround time has been given to the customer for pre-order items, or custom items.

All items are eligible for returns or exchanges for 15 days after purchase with the exclusion of customized orders. NO returns or exchanges will be made for custom items unless a mistake was made on the merchants part. Merchandise must be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping label.
